These are the options for shipping
(please read carefully, any questions call) :-

*Please note we do not take any responsibility for late or missing parcels, once it leaves our business please understand it's the shipping company's responsibility to get it to you on time. We do our best to have it packaged up and ready by the same day if possible, worst case the following day you placed your order.
** Any orders placed after 9.30am -Wednesday morning cut-off
will be collected and sent on the following Mondays **
to ensure the freshness of fertile eggs & safety of birds.*
 

1. Local Pick-Up - Free for anyone who places an order locally. We offer local pick-up, but call to confirm times we usually pop past most days.

- Clarendon General Store / Post Office - 66 Grants Gully Rd, Clarendon SA 5157. 

2. FREE - Express Shipping - EGGS ONLY - AUSPOST - AUSTRALIA WIDE - up to 3 business days. (Usually, it takes 1 business days METRO to METRO, but if you live in a regional area it can take an additional day or 2) With our fertile eggs, they are collected fresh daily. So by the time you receive your fertile eggs, they'll be no older than 7 days at worst.

3. Same Day Delivery Courier -  DOOR TO DOOR - $150 flat rate
ONLY Physical Addresses - For EGGS & CHICKS ONLY - 30km Metro Areas of all capital cities (excluding WA) 

 

If ordered by 9AM (SA TIME) that day. If not it will be sent the following day via our courier services. You MUST BE HOME TO COLLECT if it's a live animal! Fertile eggs will be left in a safe place, you accept the 'authority to leave' when you place the order.

METRO - SAME DAY DELIVERY - ORDERED BY 9AM (SA TIME)

FREE PICK-UP FROM AIRPORT DEPOT
(great option for regional customers that can't get in the 30km radius for courier, but can get to the airport and pick-up directly from depot)

3. Road Transport via Pet Transport Company -  Drop off location to Pick-up Location - $ custom quote from company - For Pullets & Hens Only

We currently use either Critter Coach or Animal Ark we use these businesses regularly, so have very competitive rates. We will contact you when your birds are ready and advise which run they will be able to fit onto next. Usually these businesses run once a month. We liaise with them and you to confirm a suitable time/date.
